Ethiopia, Indonesia ink Air Service Agreement

An air service agreement, aims at enabling Ethiopian Airlines to start flight to Jakarta was signed on Thursday in Indonesia, Jakarta (December 21, 2017). During the event, Mr. Abdisa Yadeta; Ethiopia’s State Minister of Transport and Mr. Sugihardijo; First Secretary of the Ministry of Transport of Indonesia, signed the agreement.

Professor Admasu Tsegaye, Ambassador of Ethiopia to Jakarta, and Mr. Wesenyeleh Hunegnaw, Director of Ethiopian Civil Aviation, attended the signing ceremony. After the signing of the agreement, discussions were also held which have primarily focused on ways of further invigorating cooperation between the two countries in the field of transport.
